BIOSTATISTICS
1. A professor wishes to find out which method is more effective in teaching in Biostat 207-Categorical
Data Analysis. He used the final grade results to gauge the effectiveness of the methods. Is there a
significant difference between the three methods? Use alpha of 0.05.
Computerized method: 97.28, 88.46, 90.34, 89.92, 95.89, 88.02, 98, 91.52, 88.45, 92.65, 94.71, 88.25, 99,

INTERPRETATION: Since the p-value of the Computerized method (0.371), Traditional method (0.371),
and Mixed method (0.817) are greater than the alpha of 0.05, we can conclude that the distributions are
(5) decision and conclusion (please include Levene's test for homogeneity of variances, ANOVA or
Welch ANOVA table, Tukey or Games-Howell tests).
