Dredging Pipe is used to transfer the material to the requested area. There are different types of material that isused for
such pipelines. While traditional pipelines have been steel pipes with floaters; there are now lighter and cost effective
soutions like HDPE (High Density Polyethlene) pipes UHMW (Ultra High Monecular Weight) etc. Those pipes are connected
one another via flange joints, where the connecting pieces have flanges by which the parts are bolted together.
Such systems are arguable the most convinient and cost effective means for delivery of the produced material for most
cases.
Floaters
Dredging Hoses
The success of dredging operation depends on type and quality of delivery pipes and floaters that support the discharge line.
Dragflow provides two different types pipes:
Delivery flexible pipes: delivery flexible pipes, they are subjected to higher abrasion, but guarantee the most
handling versatility during dredging operations.
Delivery surface pipes: the delivery surface pipes transport the material to the discharge place.

Denialink – Dredge Pipe Floaters, PE and PU Floats, glas fibre and optionally Foam Filled Floaters
Dredge Pipe Floaters keep steel and HDPE pipes afloat. These floats, PE and PU, optionally foam filled, are
applied worldwide.
All types and brands of dredge pipe floats can be supplied by Denialink. For keeping afloat all transporting
mediums, such as but not limited to, water conducts, cables, oil & gas transport lines.
We have just released our newly designed range of floaters, strong float, suitable for all marine applications
including dredging, offshore, mining, water treatment and aquaculture.

Leading dredge operators all around the world now use polyethylene pipeline floaters. We have developed what
is considered to be a future world leading product range. With extensive research into polyethylene plastics and
detailed survey reports from dredge operators, by listening to what your needs in the operating field are and
have arrrived with a brand new floater solution.
Our design improvements include a molded connection for easily installation. These high impact roto moulded
polyethylene pipe floats now come with different options.
Internal diameters range from 70 mm up to 1050 mm and are suitable for cable, hose and pipes.
- Mountable on to new and existing rubber hose, HDPE and steel pipe.
- Polyethylene, completely corrosion and UV resistant.
- Impact flexibility, wieldable polyethylene.
- Light weight and easy to handle.
- Replaceable on every section.
- Available in different colours.
- Reduces bad weather downtime.
- Optionally foam filled.
- Optionally glass reinforced polyethylene bolts and nuts.

- Optionally reflective stripes.
For more information and details, please contact us. We will provide information on operational advantages. If
you are using other types of floating pipelines, we will also be able to provide for additional benefits and
stipulate a competitive offer for your next requirement.
FLOATERS
Material Identification:
Special developed compounded powder based on polyethylene, none standard grade. Powder yellow pigmented,
other pigments on request.
Good balance for both mechanical en thermal properties.
Good balance between density, stiffness, toughness and flexibility.
Material high impact resistant under different conditions.
Material UV-resistant, stabilized for more than average light- and weather exposure.
Rotational Molding
Manufacturing of hollow objects made in shell-like moulds.
Moulds are charged with a polyethylene powder grade, heated and through a two axes rotation the plastic forms
a monolithic layer against the mould surface.
The mould rotation continues during the cooling process, the plastic retains its desired solid shape. After these
stages the mould with the final product will be unloaded and a new cycle will start.
Process advantages:
Wide product design and engineering window.
Relatively inexpensive molds — short completion time. Short setup time and lead time.
Equal wall thickness distribution of molded product. Product without welding lines.
Stress-free products.
Process suitable for relatively small and medium series.
Denialink HDPE dredging pipes have unique features for a long term, corrosion free abrasion resistant & low
maintenance performance in the seas, lakes and all other water bodies. Our high density PE pipes are fitted with

Denialink offers, new made and second hand, flexible rubber dredge hoses.
These dredge hoses are available in floating and non-floating series, with internal diameters (ID’s) of 1200 mm for
the new made ones and up to ID 600 mm for the second hand ones.
In general the Rubber Dredge Hoses consist out of an inner lining adjusted to the specific requirement of
transported media.
Wear indicator layers can be implemented in the dredge hoses which transport abrasive media.
A textile reinforcement of high tensile strength will control the pressure resistance of the dredge hose as well as
the tensile strength.
Where as the outer cover is built up by a rubber compound highly resistant against weathering, UV lights and
Ozone.
On special request the outer cover can be built with oil resistant materials.
Dredge hose end fittings are available in a wide variety which are selected on duty requirements.

Suction Dredge Hoses
Floating Dredge Hoses
Pre-Shaped Dredge Hoses
Armoured Dredge Hoses
These hoses proceed mainly from the oil industry and are manufactured under the strict requirements of the Oil
Companies International Marine Hose Guide (OCIMF). Manufacturers like Dunlop, Trelleborg, Bridgestone, Manulli,,
Good Year, Yokohama, and Emstec all manufacture their hoses with slight variations, but all according to the
OCIMF guidelines.
