Site planning is an art of arranging external physical environment in a complete detail way . Site
planners are those who deal with structures of the land,use plans can carried out by continuous
forceable process, but also according to the original design which is under the control of one agency
inclusive of all detail of engineering and landscaping and also architecture.In the upper end of the scale
it is distinguished from City planning or urban design where the control is incomplete and development
is never terminated.Site is crucial aspect of the environment. Organisms and environment are in
constant interaction between both social and physical. The professionally prepared site plan is a
strategic link in creation of environment although it is often treated as minor accompaniment to the
decision of engineers , builders or architectures.site planning activate new patterns but it is an old art
which has great influence mainly in European countries. Nature of the site planning depicts us that it
locate structures and activities in three-dimensional space and different rise in special arrangement are
made to the matter difference in proportion volume density shape and also gain pattern. After many
complex forms in space plan begins in 2 things human purpose for changes being made and pre-existing
things and relationships which is the site itself. To understand a particular locality time and effort are
needed in the same way site plan in that some concentrate reorganization which is considered
permanent one attitude and new organization will infect soon change. Technology affects design
radically because site plans deals with physical forms. Site planning deals with fundamentals whereas
designer should be familiar with the kind of up-to-date if it must be modified from 20 years now and

The analysis of site and purpose

design springs. They are interrelated. Purpose cannot be stated until the limitations that the side fan will

terms of density open spaces and environmental quality. The resulting site work will set the stage for
site design. Subsurface conditions and subsurface characteristics plays crucial role in the site plan where
are studying this to is very necessary to initiate a better plan. Climate and Acoustics directly affects the
the prosperity within many sectors like energy health and noise. Impacts of manmade characteristics
also to be referred for a better plan.site analysis plays major role in the whole site plan where it’s a

The process of site plan

It is a planning for newly developed projects within community development,This stage of site planning
is the organising phase with the site plans create a detailed plan for new development Site planning
process mainly depends upon 3 phases they are Natural factors, Socioeconomic factors, Technological
factors. Studying modular design is not to ensure modular design but to provide an entering veg leading
into study of large complexes in to easy designs. Development of the plan also plays a major role in the
context of site done by planner but for including the crucial aspects like utilities, layout ,grading can be
done by civil engineering people so mutual understanding of both planner and engineer will be helpful
for better plan. Studying the Road layout is also very necessary in the site planning because the position
of the layout of the central line of the highway on the ground is called alignment.the horizontal
alignment include straight and curved parts and vertical alignment should include gradient. Utilities after
upgrading plan in which layout of all utilities all the utilities plan can be done by planner in which

beside of roads where as engineer role is to consider the plan of utilities here for the sake of utilities
developmentand. Also many other details including drawing and reports are also the important factors
of a site plan because drawings are also major aspects of plan in which it includes from the preparation

important role,in which it acts as Head of the whole plan with this gives idea of cost and consistency of
the work thus the combination of all these results better plan.
