Uno, Las-Pinas City. We will be having our company Christmas
party on December 23, 2017 from 6:00PM to 10:30 PM, and due to
this event we humbly request from your Good Office that you would
allow our units free access to your school’s parking space. We
understand that during this time that there are no more classes
on said date and since the said date falls on a Saturday.

We also undertake the cleanliness of the area and provide food

and allowance for your designated personnel who will assist that
on the said date.

We also would like to know the date of your School-Admin.

support your Christmas party.
