OPERATION GUIDELINES OF STACKER CUM

RECLAIMER OF STAGE-II CHP

·Initial Operation Checkups
1 All modules in MCC should be in ON condition
2 Travel VVVF panel in ON condition , Should not show Trip Indication
3 Slew VVVF Panel in ON condition, should not show trip Indication
4 CRD panel in ON condition
5 All M/C EPBs should be in RESET condition
6 Pull cords of Boom conveyor in reset condition.
7 Belt sway switch of Boom conveyor in reset condition
8 Release the EPB at Control Desk
9 Local/Remote switch at CD should be REMOTE mode
10 Check the cleanliness & Healthiness of all Following Limit switches
1) Travel Stacking/Reclaiming End limit switches
2) Travel End Limit switch
3) Slew End Limit switches
4) Luffing End Limit switches
5) CRD Pendulum Position switches
· Boom Conveyor Operation
I] Stacking - Sequence of Operation
1 Stacking / Reclaiming switch at CD should be STACKING mode
2 Check physically the bucket chute and Boom skirt in Stacking mode or not.
3 Indication lamp of Stacking mode should "GLOW"
4 Position of Boom should be stacking Range (± 90°- ± 30° )
5 Press the Accept & Reset Push Buttons before giving the BOOM Conv. Start CMD

II] Reclaiming - Sequence of Operation

1 Stacking / Reclaiming switch at CD should be RECLAIMING mode
2 Check physically the bucket chute and Boom skirt in Reclaiming mode or not.
3 Indication lamp of Reclaiming mode should "GLOW"
4 Yard conveyor should be in RUNNING condition
5 Position of Boom should be Reclaiming Range (± 90° -- ± 5° )
6 Press the Accept & Reset Push Buttons before giving the BOOM Conv. Start CMD
7 Start the BOOM conveyor by pressing BOOM CONV. REVERSE start PB at CD
8 Start the Bucket Wheel By pressing the BUCKET WEEL REVERSE start PB at CD

· Long Travel Positioning Operation

1 Travel drive in Ready condition
2 Ensure that No slew/Luffing Operation in running condition
3 Give rail clamp open command from CD
 4 Indication lamp of 'Rail Clamps open' should "GLOW"
5 Press the Accept & Reset Push Buttons before giving the TRAVEL Start CMD
6 Start the Travel Command (FWD/REV)by pressing start TRAVEL FWD/REV PB at CD

· Slew Positioning Operation

1 Ensure that boom should not be in boom conveyor crossing zone.
2 Ensure that No Travel/Luffing Operation in running condition
3 Press the Accept & Reset Push Buttons before giving the Slew Start CMD
4 Start the SLEW Command (CLK/ANTI-CLK) by pressing start Slew CLK/ANTI-CLK PB at CD

· Luffing Positioning Operation

1 Ensure that boom not in yard conveyor crossing zone.

2 Ensure that No Travel/Slew Operator in running condition
3 Press the Accept & Reset Push Buttons before giving the LUFF Start CMD
4 Start the LUFF Command (UP/DOWN) by pressing start Luff UP/DOWN PB at CD

· Cabin Positioning Operation

1 Ensure that No Travel/Slew/Luffing Operation in running condition

2 Press the Accept & Reset Push Buttons before giving the CABIN UP/DOWN CMD
3 Start the CABIN ((UP/DOWN) by pressing CABIN UP/DOWN PB at CD
