MeCaCorr 710
For Industrial Corrosion Resistance

DESCRIPTION TECHNICAL DATA

MeCaCorr 710 is fluid ceramic polymer coating. The Performance / Property Results
polymer composite matrix is designed to achieve wear and
chemical resistance for continuous immersion service up to Hardness ASTM D 2240 [Shore D] 80
150°F (65°C). The coating chemistry provides outstanding Pull Off Adhesion ASTM D 4541 ≥ 4,931 psi
corrosion and chemical resistance allowing it to be used in X Cut Adhesion ASTM D 6677 Rating 10
a wide variety of environments including caustic and acid
service. Abrasion Resistance ASTM D 4060 15 mg
Cathodic Disbondment, 1.5 V for 28 days < 8 mm
This 100% solid, zero VOC, solvent free coating technology
Compressive Strength ASTM D 695 ≥ 9,427 psi
offers fast return to service and excellent edge retention
properties. MeCaCorr 710 is designed for application Flexural Strength ASTM D 790 ≥ 13,488 psi
versatility, it can be applied by brush, by MeCaSpray’s 2:1 Atlas Cell, Sea water 70°C for 28 days
cartridge spray system or through a 2:1 ratio heated plural No change
NACETM0174
component spray system for maximum versatility. Autoclave, 120°C for 7 days NACETM0185 Pass
