TV POWER STANDBY TEST:

TV POWER ON SEQUENCE TEST:

SMPS/PANEL BACKLIGHT TEST:

 If no voltage changes Main Board is likely defective.
• If voltage changes in all diodes except the one with area problem replace LD Board.

SYMPTOM: TV Power’s On with no on screen video or menu:


1. Power the TV “Off”
2. Unplug One Connect Cable to the TV.

3. Power the TV “ON”

One Connect disconnect banner will appear.

4. If there is a problem in the One Connect and the TV Panel is OK the disconnect banner will
appear.

5. Replace defective: 1. One Connect Cable or 2. One Connect Board or 3. One Connect SMPS.
One Connect/SMPS Disassembly
1. Remove one Phillips screw in top right 4. Separate SMPS from housing
corner of bottom cover.

5. Release Connector & SMPS


2. Use Open Jig release bottom cover
starting at the right side tabs.

6. Use Open Jig & carefully release


3. Use Open Jig release SMPS on left side. tabs and remove OC Board.
One Connect SMPS Test & Re-Assembly

 IF SOUND TEST OK • Check Audio Format PCM/Dolby based on external Receiver
