TV POWER STANDBY TEST:
1. TV in Standby

TV POWER ON SEQUENCE TEST:
1. Power TV On 5. IF TV still won’t power on
POWER ON .2Vdc (when off) changes to 3.3Vdc (on) All A13V supplies for approx. 12.7VDC
• Note: Will stay On for short time when powered off. All Vamp supplies for approx. 18 VDC
2. If voltage error or no change: 6. If any wrong voltages, remove SMPS connector to Main Board
Jog Function & IR Control Test A13V again for approx 12.7VDC
3. If OK remove One Connect Cable to Main Board. All Vamp supplies for approx. 18 VDC

4. If there is a problem in the One Connect and the TV Panel is OK the disconnect banner will
appear.
5. Replace defective: 1. One Connect Cable or 2. One Connect Board or 3. One Connect SMPS.
One Connect/SMPS Disassembly
1. Remove one Phillips screw in top right 4. Separate SMPS from housing
corner of bottom cover.
AUDIO TEST
• No TV Sound
Menu/Audio/Speaker Settings/set to TV Speaker
• Noisy/Distorted TV Audio

If SOUND TEST FAILS (Missing/Noisy Audio) Swap with other HDMI Inputs/Sources
Speakers (compare resistance/quality) Perform EDID Write in Factory Mode
• Compare audio level out to speakers with multi meter. (Can restore missing HDMI Audio).
Replace defective Speakers or One Connect or Main Board Bulletins and Latest firmware on TV
• If not restored replace One Connect
IF SOUND TEST OK • Check Audio Format PCM/Dolby based on external Receiver
