I write to you on behalf of my client, Ms. Clemence Finn, being the mother of your child Yubina Jack. As
her legal counsel, we are writing this letter to you.

I trust that you’ll make good terms on this requirements that my client has provided to fulfill the child
support needed of your child, Yubina Jack. Custody and visiting arrangements has been arranged
separate from this letter and this letter concerns child support only. Regarding the minor Child Yubina
Jack, four (4) years of age, Clemence has agreed to:

 A total of Fifteen-thousand (Php. 15,000.00) pesos each month

 Said amount might be subject to change depending on the circumstance provided
 Child support payments will begin at the start of each month and due at the end of the month
 Continual payment of child support until they are eighteen (18) years of age

Your quick action in answering back to this letter would greatly benefit both parties, being you and my
client.
