4.4 Abstraction What are the ways on how to discover your USP? What is the importance of innovation

Anlysis of Learners' Think of a product. Plan and write in a sheet of paper on how

II. Analysis

Innovation is the introduction of something new in your product or service. This may be a new
idea, a new method, or a new strategy.
Unique Selling Proposition is the factor or consideration presented by a seller as the reason that
one product or service is different from and better than that of the competition.

III. Abstraction
The ways to discover your Unique Selling Proposition are the following:
• Use empathy
• Identify customer’s desires
• Discover customer’s genuine reasons for buying the product
Innovation and Unique Selling Proposition are important because through these you may able to
convince customers to buy your product since your product is quite different from your competitors.
