Limited Warranty Notice
This is to certify that Race • Rally • Research (R3) as manufacturers warrants this product according to the
following terms

Warranty Period
Motorsports is dangerous! As Performance Products the warranty period for this product is limited to 90 days
or 5000 km, whichever comes first after the product purchase date.

The limited warranty covers product malfunction through manufacturing defects only.
R3 cannot assume the responsibility for product replacement through :
* Traffic accidents, abuse or negligence of the product by the driver.
* Improper installation of the product.
*  Subjecting the product through use not recommended by the manufacturer.
*  Modifications of the product or any of its components/parts not recommended or approved by R3

Limitation of Liability
In no event will R3 be liable to the driver/owner of the vehicle in which this product is installed for
What Is Not Covered
· Damage or corrosion due to accidents, misuse, or alterations.
· Damage or surface corrosion from the environment such as acid rain, airborne fallout (chemicals, tree sap),
stones, salt road
wind storm, hazards,floods
lightning, hail, and other natural disaste
· Normal wear, tear or deterioration such as discoloration, fading, deformation, blurring, etc.
· Replacement parts, or accessories installed on a Proton Vehicle in which the odometer has been altered or on
which the
cannot beactual mileage
readily determined.
· Replacement parts or accessories used in applications for which they are not designed.
· Replacement parts or accessories installed improperly by Dealers, Importers/Distributors other than the official
Proton Dealers,
Importers/Distributors.
· Any replacement part or accessory without proof of purchase or replacement date.
· Non-Genuine Proton replacement parts or accessories, which Proton Dealers may sell or install on your Proton
Vehicle.
· If the vehicle has been classified a total loss and/or sold for salvage purposes or branded for any other reasons.
· Removal of the vehicle from the warranty covered market for which it was produced.
