About This Template

This template provides a way to create a vertical timeline using an X-Y Scatter Plot chart. Simply edit the
list of events in the data table. Format the data labels, markers, axis, and other chart elements to
customize the design of the timeline.

Adding and Removing Events

Edit the list of events in the data table. Insert more events within the table by right-clicking within the
table and selecting Insert > Table Rows Above. Delete an event by right-clicking within the table and
selecting Delete > Table Rows. Enter a position value between -100 and 100 to display the event in the
timeline.
