►  February (8) If pipe B is turned off after 9 minutes, it means both pipe A and B has worked
►  January (27) together for 9 minutes and then A has worked alone for next 21 minutes.So,

►  December (40) = 11 x 9 + 6 x 21
►  November (7) =99 + 126
=225 which is the work to be done....hence, the answer is 9 minutes
