CONSULTANT AGREEMENT FOR PLACEMENT SERVICES

This Consultant Agreement is made on the October 18, 2019

Between

ShriBalaji (SB) Consultancy

1384/11, Nanda Nagar,Indore, Madhya Pradesh
(Hereafter, referred to as the Consultant)
And

SSPM MEDICAL COLLEGE SINDHUDURG

Kasal - Malvan Rd, Ranbambuli, Maharashtra

(Hereafter, referred to as the Client)

Scope of Work

The consultant has been engaged by the client to provide specific search services to the client organization
during the stipulated contract period in order to source the communicated manpower needs for the client
Organization within this duration.

BUSINESS TERMS & CONDITIONS

 Professional fees

Senior Faculty Professor & Associate Professor 80K
Junior Faculty Assistant Professor 60K
Residents Senior Resident 40K

      

 
 Government levy / tax
Service tax as applicable of the professional fee will be paid by the Client(SS.

 Replacement Terms

In the eventually that a selected candidate turn up on duty as per the requirement of 1 st inspection that times,
the consultant fees have to pay 50% immediatly i.e no repalace gaurntee if faculty we will give(replace)
to you that time you have to pay 100% amount of consultancy fees.

 Payment schedules

Payment Have To Give In Advanced And All Bill Settled In 20 March

1) At the time of signing of declaration form and completion of documents of 70% of amount as
agreed above as professional fees. will be paid in the form of cheques or electronic transfer.
2) Remaining 30% amount of professional fees will be paid on completion of compliance
inspection or up to 31st July 2020.

 Offer letter to the candidates

Upon the completion of the selection decision, the Client will inform the candidate of the selection through
the Consultant.
 Payment terms with Doctor’s

Annual package of Employees will be confirmed from client as per annexure “A”..If doctor will come for
appearing in inspection after that payment you have to m release 60% to the doctors, remaining amount of
40 % you have to release on 10 th may of tatal annual package ,remaining payment 40% of the doctors will
be responsibility of Client (SSPM MEDICAL COLLEGE SINDHUDURG).
 Duty at Campus

Consultant will place one executive at the campus for all liasioning related to doctors on duty as mentioned
below:
 Attendance
 Campus presence on time
 Presence at the time of inspection
 Doctor should be responsible for department and do routine work
 Replacement of doctor

Validity of terms:

This Agreement shall be effective from October 18, 2019 and be valid till July 31 st 2020 and After that
relieving letter send by you on my company address if faculty / doctor continue from your medical college
for the session 1st August 2020 then again release consultancy fees.
Termination:

This agreement will terminate on the happening of any one or more of the following events:
 on the expiry of its term
 or if either party terminates this agreement by giving a prior notice of two weeks in writing to the
other party
 Or by mutual consent of the parties, without assigning any reason whatsoever.
