 JOB SUMMARY
Business Analyst is responsible for assisting the GEP
Implementation team and the customer w ith design and
deployment of the GEP SMART & GEP NEXXE Solution

REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent Communication (w ritten & verbal)
• Stakeholder management skills
• Ability to liaise w ith various internal teams
• Ability to w ork on complex projects
• Understanding of a typical procurement process
• Understanding of product implementation process
• Adaptable to changes in technology

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• As functional experts, you need to have the ability to
understand customer needs from the solution and
accurately document these for coordinating the build,
testing and deploy ment of SMA RT & NEXXE and
associated business processes.
• Deploy ment responsibilities inc lude assisting customers
throughout the various phases of implementation process.

configuration, feature/functionality demos, user interface

• Possesses ability to learn and to be conversant in features,

NEXXE suite including Sourcing, Contract Management,
Supplier Management as w ell as Procure to Pay
• Possess expert know ledge in at least one area of the suite
