Hoses: secure, leaks, worn
Signage and stickers legible/Capacity plate
Propane tank- secured, connections tight, hose in good
condition

Engine not rough, no noise or leaks
Gauge / Horn: loud and working
Lights: head lights and warning lights
Seatbelt: good working order, damage
Steering: loose, tight
Tilt /Sideshift: loose, sticks, leaks
Brakes:foot,parking

Cables, connection, and wiring secure?

Any cracks or damage on support structure and/or dolley?

Are there any cuts, tears, or exposed fibers on nylon slings?


Is the wire rope/chain properly seated in the sprocket or
pulley?
Operational Check

Are operating controls working properly?


Ensure limit switch works properly.
Does the cranes move freely without resistance?
Does the winch operate smoothly?
