JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF LEGITIMATION
We, Ramiro P. Batongbakal and Maila E. Batongbakal, both Filipinos, of legal
age, married and presently residing at San Agustin Hagonoy Bulacan,
Philippines, having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose
and state:
1.That we have been legally married to each other on February 20,1999 at a
wedding ceremony solemnized by Pastor Rolando Dalmacio .A copy of
our marriage certificate is attached hereto and made an integral part of
this affidavit.
2.That prior to our marriage and outside of wedlock, a child, named Ramir
Batongbakal, was conceived and born on January 15,1999 at Malolos
,Bulacan.

3.That at the time of the conception of said child, we were not disqualified
by any impediment to marry each other, and, therefore, by virtue of our
subsequent marriage, the said child is now legitimated by operation of law,
particularly Article 177 of the Family Code.
4.That we execute this affidavit to declare the truth of the foregoing facts.
