I have to communicate with all of the students of my class, my course teachers and administrative stuffs

as a class representative. Where in terms of students I don’t need to be so much formal but in all cases I
have to follow the essential 7c’s of communication to make it effective-

COMPLETENESS- To make sure there no miscommunication arises, I must give a complete information to
all of my receivers making sure no necessary information is missing otherwise I have to be accountable
for this later.

CONCISENESS-yes, indeed I should get to the point immediately making my information non-repetitive
in nature.

CONSIDERATION and CLARITY- is must to follow as I am the only medium between my course teachers
and students.

CONCRETENESS- is not much shown in the way of my communication but sometimes I need to put the
factsheet to words while communicating with my course teachers.

COURTESY and CORRECTNESS-absolutely I have to maintain it while communicating with all sectors.

For me, verbal and specifically oral communication would be best way to communicate with all and for
group discussions while we are given tasks and assignments as well. Since sometimes it seems difficult
to get the things for some through written ways .Also some students can face connectivity difficulties to
get the information from available written platforms in our case. But right now we are in a pandemic
situation, we are connected only through online resources with all. So for now I can communicate using
the way of written communication such as Messenger and Facebook groups for informally
communicating with all of our students. Those who couldn’t engage themselves with online
connectivity, I try to contact them by making phone calls but that’s a very tiny number to mention. I
have to write E-mails, text messages for communicating with teachers also administrative stuffs in need.
Now it is the easiest and effective way to reach out to all.
