In Filadelfia the gastronomy is very varied and delicious since the wood sancocho is a tradition, the
arepa with cheese and chocolate is delicious, in the farms the preferred breakfast is peasant
cheese, arepa, chocolate with egg with onion and others on the other hand the two main products
and the only ones from my region are the Moriscas and biscochuelo, in addition their typical trays
with beans and chicharrón are present every day at the family table.

On the other hand, trade is very important in the municipality since Philadelphia is the cradle of
the best panela in the country, a producer of bananas, cassava, sugarcane among others that
contribute to its economy and that of the country, its typical cold guarapo. in the mills, the hot
rabbit and the roasted banana with cheese are some of the most exquisite products of the region.
