1. Briefly describe your academic qualifications, professional certifications, if any and your
experiences till date, and how would you be a good fit for the position?

• I studied in Ateneo de Davao University from grade school up until college, and I completed BS
Civil Engineering in 2019 with an average of 92.1, and I passed the Civil Engineer board exam just
recently with an average of 82.5%.

2. What do you expect when work in this company for the first time?

• I want to work in this company because of its excellent reputation and it also maintains the high
standards of this company, that is why I expect to be patient, and flexible, and disciplined in my first day
of work.

3. What will the company gain through your skills / industry experience?

• I can balance workloads efficiently. I can learn and processes quickly. I am also great in
communicating with people and I am confident that I could easily fit in to the organization because I
have the ability to work in a constantly changing environment and also I could contribute to your strong
workplace culture.

4. How do you develop yourself professionally?

• I will use my time productively at work and I should maintain an effective work habit, manage
my time efficiently, and I should always provide excellence to exceed the expectations of my supervisor
and clients.

• I should always remind myself of my goals and dreams that I want to achieve. I should also build
good relationships with my workmates and maintain a healthy environment in my workspace.

add?
• I have been a consistent honor student in my school, and I enjoy solving problems, I love being
challenged and I always finish my tasks ahead of time. I am highly organized, and I communicate well
with others.

What is your greatest achievement to date and why do you regard it as such?

• My biggest achievement at the moment is passing the Civil Engineering board exam because I
made my parents and myself very proud, all the hardships and breakdowns paid off and it was all worth
it.

• I would most likely consider myself as a punctual and organized person. I always get the job
done on time and I am never late in meetings, submissions, and deadlines. I always manage my time,
because for me, time should be valued and not wasted. That is why I always keep my schedules and stuff
organized. I am also open to criticisms to help improve myself to be better at what I do. I also have an
outgoing personality that makes it easy to be comfortable being around with new people, especially
getting along with my workmates. And lastly, I always ready to step out of my comfort zone, I am open
to grow and learn a lot about myself and what other capabilities I have in me.

• I would like to work in this company because of the excellent reputation it displays, and it also
maintains the high standards of this company. I believe that I could cope up easily in doing my job as I
also provide excellency in finishing my tasks. I also believe that if I get a position in this company, I could
improve myself a lot and I am one step closer in achieving my goals.
