Policies on Requested Subjects

1. Requested subjects should have no less than 16 students to be officially declared a regular class.
2. The payment of requested subjects with less than 16 students will be shouldered by the entire class.
3. All student making the request to open subject shall appear all at one time at the Registrar's office to file the request.
4. All requests to open subject shall be entertained from enrolment to the first week of classes only.
5. No requested subject will be opened beyond the first week of classes.
6. A request subject shall be dissolved if after one week the instructor assigned has not meet the class.
7. A copy of this request will be forwarded to the Dean, Registrar, Accounting and HRMD.
