ANNOUCEMENTS & UPDATES

1. Finalization of School Year 2019 – 2020


*All Report Cards (softcopies) must be submitted to the office of the principal via online on
April 24, 2020 (Friday). Submit them through this email account:
armyofgoodness07131@gmail.com. Make sure that report cards are properly deliberated and
read by respective assigned teachers, head teachers or the principal.

*Releasing of Report Cards will be done via online. Parents/students can have their electronic
report cards provided that they have settled their account both
in ADMIN (tuition and misc. fees) and Departmental Funds (SSG Fee, GPTA Project
Contribution, Tutorial Payments, and etc.)

The following bank accounts of the Jose Maria College can be utilized for purposes of
depositing/paying tuition and matriculation:

2. Online Summer Classes of Students with Failing Grades

*Head Teachers, kindly make the final list of students who have failing grades.
*Advisers, kindly follow up the students with failing grades through calls and texts for their
online summer classes.

3. Online Enrolment for the School Year 2020 – 2021

a. Complete Online Application Form from https://prism.jmc.edu.ph/public/auth/login


b. Create Student Online Account for Enrollment from
https://prism.jmc.edu.ph/public/auth/login
c. Print Pre-registration Form
d. Make online payment thru Dragon pay

NOTE:

OLD STUDENTS: Only the electronic report card is needed to enroll for the next school year.
All other important school documents are to be followed right after everything is back to normal.

NEW STUDENTS/TRANSFEREES: No school document is needed upon enrolment; they can


immediately enroll however the said documents are to be submitted right after everything is back
to normal.

FOR JMC-SHS GRADUATES:


*20% tuition fee discount for the first semester. If after the first semester, they will become
dean’s lister, they can apply for scholarship.

*No down-payment upon enrolment

*Honor students may apply for academic scholarship.

4. VIRTUAL JMC RECOGNITION & GRADUATION

Recognition of Preschool – Grade 5 is on April 29, 2020


Recognition of Grade 7 – 11 is on April 20, 2020
Graduation of Grade 6 and 12 is on May 01, 2020

All Head Teachers are required to submit the list of deportment and academic awards as well as
the list of honors with corresponding averages on April 24, 2020.
