Statement of purpose

Dear assessor,

I am seeking for opportunity this internship in quality assurance. When I discovered the internship
opportunity in this esteem organisation I am excited by the chance to gain experience in quality
assurance as offered by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India. This internship will give
invaluable experience in the field of operation management that will benefit me as I am pursing the
Master of Business Administration and I also believe that this internship experience will be an asset
in my career.

I have done my matriculation and intermediate from Children Higher Senior secondary school
,Azamgarh and completed my under graduation from United Institute of technology, A.P.J Abdul
Kalam Technical university, with bachelor of technology in the field of Mechanical Engineering.
During my four year of studies I was ranked number three in my class and one of my favourite
subjects was Operation Research where analytical method of problem solving and decision making
are used in problem solving and product quality was introduced. This give me the sense how the
product Quality is important in this competitive business environment.

Currently I am pursing Master of Business Management form School of management studies

,Motilal Nehru National institute of technology prayagraj, Allahabad ,in dual specialisation of
operation management and marketing as offered by the institute where I have learned about the
managing the challenges in the field of operation management in various organisation. In addition I
have number of related to course including organisation Behaviour, Marketing management and
economics in which I have learned about border structure of organisation grew more familiar with
different approaches to management and developed a foundation of theoretical aspect of
management.

Other than class I have completed Rural survey project on Vegetable Supply Chain Management in
Kaushambhi . Where objective of project was to find the root cause of gap between cost of former
to grow vegetable and what they get after selling in the market. In one part of project I have to meet
the farmers and come to know that due poor handling and quality of vegetable goods they were not
getting their minimum support price. This project will also help me in the internship offered by
Food Safety and Standards Authority of India by giving me abroad prospective about these
perishable goods.

I have work experience of seventeen months in the GK Associate as a Tech-Manager where my role
was to manage the supply of instrument which needed in the organisation and check its quality . In
that origination I have received a great guidance form operation and quality section. This was main
reason of interest in the field of quality assurance. Other than that I was taken part in the college
fest AVISHKAR, Chankyaniti and Navchar in which I have secured the second rank.

I believe that my education and my experience would benefit the Food Safety and Standards
authority of India considerably were I to be selected for an internship. At the same time, Internship
in Food Safety and Standards authority of India will be jumpstart in my career in public sector and
prepare me for possible private sector.
