Project Management Tools – What are we using and why?

Trello is a web-based list making application

 It allows us to re-check who was responsible for a particular task.

 Easy to use and easily accessible.
 Overview of our current progress.
 Allows for better flexibility.
 Internet access required to open.
 Only low size attachment are possible for Free users.
 Great for small projects but bad for bigger ones.

Whatsapp is a cross-platform messaging App

 Main way of communication outside of team meetings.
 A way to plan meetings for e.g homework.
 No ads and completely free of cost.
 Possibility of making group chats.
 File size limit is low.
 American company, privacy is at risk.

MsTeams is a business communication platform by Microsoft

 The platform where we do and attend the meetings.
 A place to keep our files in connection to our Project.
 A way to share our existing and important files between each other.
 A possible way of contacting other PM1 teams.
 Connection issues.
 Missing the physical contact/cameras don’t give the same feeling.
