My personal reflection after peer assessment

Description: I work with 8 nice people that help me a lot when I miss something but most of the time
even if we work a lot, I am tend to deliver my work or come at work a little bit late.

Feeling: First I didn’t feel confident at all but that made me want to improve

Evaluation: I need to be better with time and resource management. I am more aware that I need to be
less shy for this bachelor and that made.

Analyses: All my team work so hard so I need to show them I can do twice the work I do now if I repair a
little my bad parts

Conclusion need to be better with time and resource management which made me try to create flexible
schedule that I can apply so easy to do all the work in need.

I am more aware that I need to be less shy for this bachelor and that made me practice more the body
language, acting and getting more comfortable to be in front of the camera.
