Goals

The Team´s Goal

Our goal is to improve each player’s understanding and appreciation of team play

and improve efficiency and effort in our Project. We want to minimize talking and
increase productivity. Instead of using a long 1 hour break we can reduce it to 15
minutes every 2 hours, so that we have a total of 30 minutes. We want to get a better
understanding of our company L.A. Apparel and Business in general. The most
important thing for us is to pass this semester with at least 8 points.
If our goals are not met, we will have a team retrospective and discuss what went
wrong. We want to create a safe place for everyone where they can share their
honest opinion and their thoughts in order to efficiently move forward as a team.
Therefore, we can create anonymous surveys where everyone can share their
thoughts and opinions.

Personal Goals
Antonia Liefke: My first goal is to successfully complete this and all other semesters. I
also want to improve my language skills in order to communicate better and to be
understood, which brings us to my next point, which is to become more self-confident
and therefore the language counts, because if I speak better English, I will become
more confident and self-confident, this will also help me in presentations, because I
often start to falter or talk too fast, because I often get nervous.
Cynthia Njomo: To pass the first Semester with a good grade and to understand how
Business is working. I would also love to be more confident and better in
presentations. I would like to know more about how to be a CEO, because that’s my
dream job.
Damian Groth: I want to gain more confidence during the time at the university and
I’m sure that at the end of the study program I will be able to present and talk in a
less nervous manner in front of a larger audience. Achieving this goal will also be a
perk in a future considering I am looking forward to a management position. In
correlation with the management position, I want to further improve my
understanding on how specific parts of a business work, ranging from strategy,
control, HR to marketing and to top it all off, thanks to the study program, I get to
know how it all works on an global level.
Dan Cozmin Potra: I would love to learn how to use my time efficiently and learn a
new language (dutch) I also want to learn the abilities of a CEO and learn to apply

used analysis correctly. But ass this first Semester and gain a deeper understanding
of the business world and to get to know some new cultures.
Mona Neffati: I would like to gain more knowledge on how Business works. Further,
time managing is a skill I would strengthen in order to structure myself during this
Semester. I also want to learn how to better work in a group because I am more a fan
of self- studying. I want to get better in expressing my thoughts, because sometimes I
can badly find words supporting my way of thinking.
Noura Bancé: -> I would love to be more confident and be able to reduce anxiety
during presentation. I want to pass the semester and gain the knowledge of building
a business. I also want to be able to express myself clearly without the fear of
judgement.
Tanja Mazanad: I would like to learn more about the business environment.
Moreover, I want to gain more confidence in presentations at the University.
Furthermore, I want to pass the semester with good grades. In addition, I want to
learn more about stress-management and how to interact with different cultures and
beliefs.
Maximilian Matrigiano: My goal for this semester is first of all to pass this class with a good
great, I would like to have something between a 7,5 and an 8, but I also want to get a deeper
understanding about how to do research and how economics work. I also want to get to
know new cultures and new ways of thinking to widen my mental horizon.
