Instructions: Search at least 5 collaborative systems/applications.

A collaboration system/application enables individuals to communicate and

exchange documents in a digital world by utilizing software and technology. Companies
utilize collaboration systems to handle work-related issues such as disorganized
communication, paper-intensive procedures, and the inability to give telecommuting
alternatives to employees.
The purpose of collaboration systems/applications is to make workplace
cooperation simpler for people. Employees must collaborate to achieve common goals.
This requires them to work together, communicate, coordinate, discuss, argue,
brainstorm, and solve problems. In short, they must work together.
Collaboration systems/applications facilitate worker collaboration. Their objective
is to make collaboration faster, simpler, more pleasurable, and smoother, to reduce
misunderstanding, and to provide workers more opportunity to cooperate.
