WORK TO ACHIEVE THE JOB I WANT

Paragraph 1: Describe your occupation and your duties at work.

My job involves organizing, inspecting, planning and motivating staff, respecting it, evaluating
it, training it, taking advantage of the best of each employee, rather than being a boss is being a
leader and stimulating the collaborative attitude, listening to staff and guiding them, organizing
the elements materials, raw material and machines, to maximize their performance.

Paragraph 2: Describing the place of work

My workplace is large and spacious, there are many machines and people manage them. It is a
very bright space, with adequate temperature. There are also desks, computer documents and
chairs. There are also bathrooms for women and bathrooms for men, there is a large kitchen,

Paragraph 3: Describing reasons for having this occupation

The reasons for having this occupation are to help my team members, achieve job satisfaction,
since there is nothing more comforting than achieving a job well done, knowing that you have
done your best, also for the opportunity to acquire new skills and learn to communicate in a
motivating way, taking into account the needs, values and working conditions of each member of
my team.

Paragraph 4: Describing your skills and weaknesses.

I consider that my top skills are understanding the laws of nature and physical phenomena
involved in wear and lubrication matters. Also, I am good at statistical and numerical tools
which allow me to calculate, estimate and predict failures and maintenance indicators. On the
other hand, my weaknesses are in written and oral expression, because I rarely have to struggle
with presentations and social relations, as would do a sales engineer, a lawyer or a journalist.

Paragraph 5: Answer to the question: If you could do any kind of job, what would you like
to be

If I could do any type of work, I would choose to do one that, both as a person and as a
professional, fills me with satisfaction and additionally that I still have work that adds value to
the benefit of the community; For this reason, I would carry out a community work with the most
vulnerable population, such as children and the elderly, either from the educational side or from
the social accompaniment, that is why, from my role as a future psychologist, I hope to be able to
perform that desired job
