I am glad to recommend Victor Arbiter Purwanto for admission to the Online Master
of Computer and Information Technology at The University of Pennsylvania. I am
his colleague. I came to know Victor when he helps me make my website for my
company. He is an excellent mentor when it’s about computer skills. He teaches me
many things about computer knowledge. He manages to explain fluently about
Phyton and Javascript language to me. He would be a valuable asset to this
scholarship program.

Victor Arbiter is very hard working. He can manage the task at hand quite fast. He
even can motivate others to stay active in courses. He always overcomes his
problems and tried to be better at it. He is also good at learning the fundamental
coding skills. Victor is quite enthusiastic about his courses and a solid, conscientious
person. Because of his hard-working trait, he has succeeded in many courses from
Coursera and Dicoding. I believe he can manage everything with his hardworking
trait.

Victor is a fast learner and a highly intelligent student. He can manage well his time
for IT online courses and chemical subjects at his university. He completes a lot of
IT courses, one of the best for me is when he can complete Google challenge in just 1
week despite 1 month at JuaraGCP season 4. I was astonished by his spirit to learn
the new subject with fast-paced learning. JuaraGCP is a hands-on cloud training
program by Google and Qwiklabs.

Victor has excellent communication in English. He teaches me about how to speak,

write, and the slank that is regularly used. He speaks English clearly and fluently, as
well as his writing skill. He can demonstrate his English skill in front of all his
colleague with boldness and prestige. He usually demonstrates his communication
skills by becoming a master ceremony in many events. Victor is highly proficient in
applying for a university outside his country because of his ability to communicate,
especially in English.

Victor is well-disciplined and active in anyways, in my opinion. He can amaze me

with his ways. He can learn coding skills quite fast. Fast enough to say a fast-learner.
I believe he can manage to succeed many tasks in hand with his fast-learner trait. If
he got a bad day, he can motivate himself to get back to the track. Not only motivated
to restart his emotion, but he also finishes the work on the same day. I think his
biggest weakness was his lack of control in emotion. He sometimes gets lost in it.

Victor will be a perfect candidate for this Online Master’s degree in Computer and
Information Technology at the University of Pennsylvania. From his studies at
Coursera and Dicoding Academy, it can show that he can be great for taking
opportunities at this scholarship program. With his ability and skills, I would
