● Measurement of Chaukhats,moulding & Margin will be measured in Running

feet.

● Measuremenr of Chaukhat will be measured in Running feet in Petam side.

● The rate list valid upto 6 months in the working time.If you extend the above

work 10% charge will be extra.

● The Measurement (Interior & Exterior) depend on the Numbers of colours &

the designing work.false walls and ceiling will be two time.

● Doors and Chaukhats measurement depends on designing.

● Rubbing and Buffing of polish will be extra charge.

● 25% Payment in advance and remaining payment will be weekly as per work.

● Cleaning Charge will be extra.

● Water,Electricity, Store room and Accomodation for labour provide by client.
