This document provides instructions for using various electrical measurement tools. It lists the functions of a multimeter including measuring DC voltage, AC voltage, resistance, and continuity. It describes producing different waveforms like sawtooth, square, and sine waves using a function generator and adjusting the amplitude and frequency. Finally, it outlines measuring sine wave amplitude and frequency as well as adjusting vertical and horizontal positions on an oscilloscope and setting measurements to specific amplitude and frequency units.

Measure DC voltage Measure AC Voltage Measure resistance Measure for continuity
With a function generator:
Produce a Saw tooth signal. Produce a square wave. Produce a sine wave. Adjust the amplitude of a signal. Adjust the frequency of a signal.
Using and Oscilloscope:
Measure sine wave amplitude. Measure sine wave frequency. Adjust the vertical position of a signal. Adjust the horizontal position of a signal. Make adjustments so that the signal is three units in amplitude. Make adjustments so that the signal is three units in frequency. Measure DC voltage.
