The SABHA (the Association of Indian Communities in Lagos, Nigeria- Comprising of all Indian Samajam, organization, in Nigeria).
President of each Samajam & Head of Indian Origin Organizations are the members of Sanyukt Bhartiya Association.
- SABHA in Nigeria is an Association of all Indian Associations/Organizations of the different Indian States established in Nigeria with the main objective
of promoting and propagating social and community services with Universal Brotherhood through peaceful and harmonious co-existence of both
Nigerian and Indian Virtues & Values. The cohesive and constructive synergy of all these Indian Associations/Organizations under SABHA continues
to act impact-making and valuable endeavor to create philanthropic atmosphere, knowledge sharing and deep-rooted peaceful and social value

DR. CHITRA SINHA (MD Gynecologist) spoke well for pregnant women and said no need to fear at
all. If feeling mild fever and temperature is 98.6 in the morning and 99.6at 6 pm then not to worry.
It is not a fever. Must to do gargling as Dr. Shekhar said.
Azithromycin is safe for pregnant women who are having sour throat. Any pregnant women who
have hypertension, jaundice etc. has to be under doctor’s observation.
She explained how to check the oxygen level. Note your Pulse reading 972 to 80) and do 6min walk
then take the reading. If it is too high then consult to doctor.
A pregnant woman can do routine checkups, regular exercise and pranayama. Some exercise at
home are to blow balloons in 3 shots, or take a straw and half glass water to blow to make bubbles,
or take an tissue paper on the mouth and blow it.
DR. Subhash Kumar (MD Pediatrics) said mostly children will not effect on COVID but sometimes it
happens so need to explain them about COVID and train them how to use the mask, hand washing,
& social distancing. These three precautions will make them away from COVID. He advised
keeping Thermometer, Glucometer for Diabetics patient, BP monitoring, Pulse oximeters at home.
We have to sanitize our all used electronics devices and hand tools.
He said, “DEATH IS REALITY & SURVIVAL IS THE ROLE”. So we should stay safe following all
precautions.
