YouTube Partnership Program 
 

Your application for the Team X Studios YouTube partnership program has ​been accepted ​but there 
are some things that you need to know before you jump right in. 

Rules of the program: 

● You ​CAN NOT​ apply for more than one other channel network, partnership, est (except if given 
permission by one of the owners). 
● You ​CAN NOT​ have more than five channels under your name or ownership (except if given 
permission by one of the owners). 
● If you break the rules ​THREE TIMES​ you will be put on suspension or removed from the 
program (except if given permission by one of the owners). 
● If you do content that contains either offensive or sexual language ​YOU MUST DISCLAIMER IN 
THE BEGINNING OF THE VIDEO, IN THE TITLE, OR IN THE CHANNEL DESCRIPTION​ (except if 
given permission by one of the owners). 
● If you have sexual or pornographic images or videos you will be ​WARNED ONCE​ and after that, 
YOU WILL BE REMOVED​ from the program. 
● You must give 10% of all profits made on ad revenue, 40% of all profits made from merch 
sales, (you do not have to give any of the profits you make from sponsorships you get 
yourself). 

In the program there are ranks, ranks are a way to reward people for their hard work. The ranks are: 

1. Trainee 
2. Creator 
3. Entertainer 
4. Influencer  
5. YouTube Star 

The Trainee rank is the lowest rank, for this rank, you will go through a training course to help you 
progress as a creator. You will also get a banner, logo, and intro for your channel/channels. The 
Creator rank is given after you have completed the training course or after you have hit 100 
subscribers. You will be supplied with thumbnails for all your videos, you will be featured on the Team 
X Studios Channel page on all the channels in our program. Entertainer is the third rank. To have this 
rank you need 200 subscribers, 150 videos, and 2,500 views on your channel or 500 subscribers, 100 
videos and 1000 views on your channel. The rewards for the Entertainer rank is a website and/or 
merch store provided by team x studios. Influencer is the fourth rank. The requirements for this rank 
are 1000 subscribers, 200 videos, 10,000 views on your channel/channels and you must monetize your 
content. You will have access to our design team and editing team. YouTube Star is the highest and 
most rewarded rank. The requirements for this rank to 10,000 subscribers 15,000 views on your 
 

channel. The rewards for this rank are, access to our sponsorship team, and access to professional 
artists. 

Terms and Conditions

If you do not pay 10% of all profits made you will receive a rank demotion and if it occurs again you will be
removed from the program. If you are caught doing any illegal activities you will be removed from the program. If
you are caught using “sub bots'' or anything related to that you will be removed from the program. If you have been
removed from the program, all intros, channel art, branding, websites, and thumbnails or videos containing any of
the things listed provided by the Team X Studios YouTube partnership program must be taken down within the first
thirty days of leaving the program unless granted exclusive permission to retain them. If none of the above are
taking down you must pay a fine of 1,000 U.S. dollars. You must be over the age of 13 years to be in the program. If
you are under 18 you need a guardian/parent to sign for you. If you are caught trying to sabotage someone else’s
YouTube channel you will be removed from the program. You retain all your ownership rights in your Content.
However, by signing this contract you hereby grant Team X Studios a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free,
sub-licensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and
perform any public content on your YouTube channel. You can not leave this contract until two years after signing.
 

If you leave the contract of your own accord you may keep all intros, channel art, branding, websites, and
thumbnails or videos containing any of the things listed provided by the Team X Studios YouTube partnership
program.
