1. Who can get a Pag-IBIG Loyalty Plus Card?
Any Pag-IBIG member with a VALID status in Pag-IBIG’s system can avail of the card.

2. Can I deposit to my Pag-IBIG Loyalty Plus Card?


Yes, it is a personal savings account so you or anyone can deposit or transfer funds to your account.

3. Can I use my ATM card in a non-UnionBank ATM?


Yes, you may withdraw and check your balance in a non-UnionBank ATM. There is a corresponding fee
of P12 for a withdrawal transaction and P2 for a balance inquiry transaction.

4. I don’t have my card with me at the moment. How can I withdraw my Pag-IBIG proceeds or
my funds?
You can withdraw your proceeds or funds by making an over-the-counter (OTC) withdrawal in any
UnionBank branch for P100. Make sure that you know your Pag-IBIG Loyalty account number before
you make an OTC withdrawal.

5. What if my card gets lost, stolen, or damaged?
Call the UnionBank Call Center immediately to report the lost or stolen card. You may request for
card replacement through any UnionBank kiosk in Pag-IBIG branches. Card fee for lost or stolen
card is P125. Damaged card within the 3-year warranty period will be replaced for free.

6. What happens if my card expires?


You won’t be able to use your card for Point-of-Sale or online purchases at Visa-accredited
merchants, but you can still use your card to make ATM transactions. To renew your card after
expiry date, request for card renewal through any UnionBank kiosk in Pag-IBIG branches for free.

7. Can I open a UnionBank account and deposit funds in the kiosk?


Only the Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card can be issued in the kiosk. To open other UnionBank accounts and
to make bank transactions (deposit, withdrawal, bills payment, etc.), go to the nearest UnionBank
branch.
