CULMINATING PERFORMANCE TASK (BIG TASK): Before we end up our

discussion for the whole unit, you will be asked to do this given task:

Draw or paint an artwork in the style of Neoclassicism or Romanticism

which promotes either “peace”, ”saving the earth”, “gender equality” or any
other issues that you might think about. Give a title and a short description
about your work. You will be scored based on the rubrics below. For your
answers for the process questions, you write it in a short size bond paper using
cambria as font and 12 for font size. Also include page border.

Materials:
- ¼ white cartolina
- drawing and/or painting materials

Reflection Questions:
1. What did you feel as you were making your masterpiece?
2. Does your artwork visibly convey the characteristics or idea of Neoclassicism
or Romanticism?
3. How do think your artwork illustrates the idea and the message of such issues
you have decided to draw?

task:

You are a first aid provider, you will be rescuing someone from a certain
accident, you are to perform one way of bandaging wound and another one
way of transporting victim of unintentional injury. You are going to
demonstrate on how to do these things through an informative video
format. You will be given score based on the video artistry, accuracy of first
aid procedure, video informative.

CULMINATING PERFORMANCE TASK (BIG TASK): Before we end up

our discussion for the whole unit, you will be asked to do this given
task:

You are to demonstrate knowledge and skills in creating a poem and

composing a melody. You are going to make a poem and set it into
music. You are going to create a 4 stanza poem (4 lines per stanza)
based on any Romantic composition. After making the poem, you will
create a melody or adopt a melody from any OPM Song and perform it
through video recording. You are going to make this activity for 2-
weeks time.

BIG TASK: At the end of the lesson in this learning packet, you are
expected to do this given mini task:
The National Ballroom Dancing Association of the Philippines
has announced the need for ballroom instructors. You find a partner
and both of you will audition. Your task is to perform a 1 minute cha-
cha-cha dance routine. International judges will choose from among
those aspirants following a scoring rubric.

Big Task:
As if you are going to ask me for a soft copy file of the module for this
week, you are going to ask me for a copy through email.
Format a sample email and send it in my Gmail account. Consider the
different parts of writing an email. In sending your email to me, do observe in
the proper way of writing stuff on the Subject area. Submit your email in my
Gmail account. (Harley.tan@usjr.edu.ph).

Please also be guided on the different outputs/activities that should be accomplish by this
week just in case you were not able to submit this one. This is for the month of October and
better submit these outputs on or before next week.
