CONDITION OF SALE:

1. Prices indicated are FOB Manila unless otherwise indicated. Sellers agree to advance expenses of transportation from Manila to point of
destination subject to reimbursement by buyer within ten (10) days from receipt of goods, and or thirty (30) days from shipment, which ever
period is the shortest.
2. Each offer is regarded as a separate contract.
3. Risks of loss and/or damaged on board and/or at the point of destination shall be assumed by buyer from moment of delivery to the ship, vessel,
train, plane and/or any other means of transportation.
4. We agree to furnish only the articles or products specified and described, in the quantities indicated, irrespective of how the inquiry may have
read. Clerical errors are subject to correction. Order being processed cannot be changed or cancelled, except at the expense of the purchaser.
Advance information on deliveries is approximate and based on our best judgement. Unless otherwise specified, this proposal is good for one
(1) month and subject to withdrawal at any time unless buyer’s acceptance has been transmitted to us within the said one (1) month and before
any withdrawal.
5. All suits arising out of this offer shall be filed in the proper court of Manila.
