Community Garden Volunteer |2020

 Supported efforts to maintain community garden through planting, weeding, and harvesting.
 Aided in the collection of produce that is donated to local food pantries to ensure fresh produce is accessible to those
experiencing food insecurity.
Allied Health Sciences-Preschool Literacy Project| Research Assistant | 2018-2020
 Collected data regarding pre-emergent literacy skills from preschoolers in order to determine baseline for intervention.
 Produced newsletters distributed to parents to update them on the progress of the research as well as to educate them
on how to facilitate their child’s literacy development.
 Assembled materials and packets for literacy intervention which accelerated the data collection process.
 Analyzed current research to aid in the development of a literature review.
Rainbow Soccer/Triangle Area Girls Soccer Coach | 2018-2020
 Collaborated with a co-coach, parents, the organization, and the children to teach the importance of being active.
 Trained a co-ed U4 team for three seasons and an all-girls U12 for one season.
 Encouraged players to develop the soccer skills as well as the team-building communication skills necessary for
successful, fun training sessions and games.
Bardone-Cone Psychology Lab | Volunteer Research Assistant | 2018-2019
 Surveyed racial minority college females to understand their implicit weight biases.
 Evaluated and scored data to determine participants executive functioning and eventually compare executive
functioning of participants with eating disorders to those without.
 Supported principle investigator in a multitude of research projects to collect and analyze which accelerated the
production of research results.
All Hands and Hearts Volunteering | Volunteer| 2018
 Aided in the recovery efforts in Puerto Rico following the devastation of Hurricane Maria.
 Repaired roofing and structural damage in houses of locals in Yabucoa who could not afford to.
