ROTOMETERS DATA SHEET

1.0 GENERAL

1.1 Vendor shall provide protection adequate for shipment and storage of instruments.
All openings and exposed parts shall be protected, so as to prevent debris from entering.
All flanges and threaded connections shall be protected against damage using wood,
steel, and/or plastic protectors.

1.2 Vendor shall clearly state any, and all exceptions in a separate section of quote labeled
"Exceptions & Clarifications". Failure to do so shall imply vendor has no exceptions.

1.3 In the event a model number given conflicts with other data provided, the model number
shall be ignored, and the data provided will govern. Vendor shall notify Ventech prior
to making any changes.

1.4 Each device shall be supplied complete with a stamped stainless steel nametag containing
the complete device tag number.

1.5 Vendor data shall be provided in strict accordance with attached vendor data requirements
form.
