    Re: Training at Matthamana D/C Factory for staff

    This is with regard to the visit made by our team to your factory in ‘Matthammana’ on the 17th of May,
    2019.

    Upon your request, we conducted an awareness session for the factory workers based on the
    “understanding of crisis and coping with the situation”, covering aspects pertaining to the prevailing
    situation in the country which had built a certain amount of unrest and tension among the workers. This
    was followed by a discussion with your middle-management, relating to the same crisis situation while
    creating a platform for an open dialogue on how to deal with indifferences and new policies that could
    be implemented in order to create a safer working environment.
