Confirmation of Ms. Amra Iuoop’s Consultation for Counselling Services

This letter was issued on the request of Ms. Amra Luoop with regards to consultation for counselling
services.

I confirm through this letter that Ms. Amra Iuoop has been through nine sessions of consultation during
the period from 06th December 2016 to 28 th March 2017. She had approached me for counseling on her
deteriorating mental health due to marital issues.

Through a few assessments done, there was indication that she was displaying symptoms of mild
depression, leading to issues with sleeping, concentration and also some level of anxiety. It was
reported during sessions that she had also experienced physical abuse sometimes and mostly
succumbed to psychological abuse.

However, over a period of time she was able to regain her confidence and showed improvement in her
daily functionality. The conclusion in her prognosis at the end of the counseling period was recovery
over a period of time.
