ABSTRACT
Chronic kidney disease or better known in the community with the term chronic renal
failure (GGK) is a condition when kidney function begins to decrease gradually.
Hypertensive heart disease is a disease associated with secondary effects on the heart
due to prolonged and prolonged systemic hypertension. Coronary artery disease (CAD)
is a narrowing or blockage of the coronary arteries, the arteries that deliver blood to
the heart muscle. Potassium levels in blood are normally 3.6 to 5.2 millimoles per liter
(mmol / L). If potassium levels in the blood above 7.0 mmol / L, this condition can be
very dangerous and require immediate treatment. In this case the patient was
diagnosed with AV block with hyperkalemia, HHD, Coronary Artery Desease (CAD),
Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) stage V. Based on the diagnosis data was collected by
looking at patient's medic record, laboratory data and examination and there is drug
interaction between ceftriaxone and warfarin, where ceftriaxone may increase the effect
of warfarin as an anticoagulant. There is an interaction between acetensa and
spironolactone which if taken simultaneously can increase potassium levels. There is an
interaction between spironolactone and warfarin in which spinorolactone decreases the
effect of warfarin by increasing the excretion of warfarin.
