◦ Reviews Pre-qualification Documents, Materials, Shop Drawings, Method Statement &

ITP in
accordance with the Project Contract & Specifications.
◦ Review As-built drawings to ensure completeness and correctness.
◦ Prepare detailed snag list/punch listing.
◦ Prepare NCR and Site Memo.
◦ Attend Progress and Technical Meetings and prepare the minutes.
◦ Check and assures proper sequencing of the works at site in reference to the
construction drawing
and approved method statement.
◦ Coordinates with Contractor’s Project Coordinator/Quality Engineer with all site works
to ensure
quality control, contract compliance and timely completion.
◦ Carry-out regular Site Inspections including Material Deliverables if it conforms to the
approved
method statement, material submittal and specifications.
◦ Witness plant trial mix of the proposed concrete mix designs and asphalt mix design.
◦ Witness the laboratory test of all materials such: compressive strength, flexural,
reinforcements,
blockwork, paving blocks, tiles, soil & aggregates.
◦ Witness in situ testing such: Compaction, Plate Load, CBR, Pull-out, Pull-off, and NDT
Test for
Welding.
◦ Verify all calibration certificates of equipment and instrument used at the site.
◦ Prepares Monthly Report for Client Updates.
◦ Prepares daily report and weekly progress.
◦ Maintain progress photo of all construction works.
