model WM392. We understand the concern expressed in your letter 6 weeks ago and we
took the necessary steps to resolve the issue.
An inquiry was immediately launched to evaluate the facts of your case. When we
examined your case, it was established that all products leaving our factory are quality
tested. This would suggest that the responsibility of the damage may lie upon one of your
employees or the shipper.
For this reason, we believe that an adjustment in your case should be between you and
the shipper. To facilitate your claim we are providing you with the email of the person
whom you can contact at the shipping company. Fortunately, the damage of parts is
covered by warranty and since you’re our marked customer, we would like to extend
labor worth $50 for the repair work.
