Introduction

This work is carried out in order to comply with what is requested in the activity
guide of phase one, to understand the subject of the course and to describe the
article.

Article Review:

Regarding the subject, I consider that the Parquesoft development company


made changes that contributed to the development and technological
innovation since this beginning with the development of software and was
making alliances that allowed it to grow and leverage the project and
innovating products such as with the video games development.

I think that with the negotiation of technology, Mr. Rincón formed a large
business group and this led to them making low-cost developments,
implementing new business practices and thus being more competitive in the
market.

It is also necessary to say that according to the contracts they made in the
Parquesoft company, they applied innovation since it is associated with the
socio-economic dynamics in charge of the production and transformation of
scientific and technological knowledge into economic capital, social welfare
and human development.

Likewise, it must be said that taking into account the culture of Parquesoft,
the participatory model was born, which consisted of having many
entrepreneurs working in order to increase their entrepreneurial capacity
worldwide.

Finally, in relation to the importance of innovation for the company, we can


say that the innovation process has been evolving to achieve continuous
improvement in business development and thus making companies and their
processes more effective, efficient and competitive for the achievement of its
objectives.

Conclusions:

It is concluded that technology and innovation are definitely changing the


competitiveness of businesses.

With innovation, companies are factors for growth and development of their
resources.

Management of technology and innovation is a very important field for


strategies, process implementation and competitiveness of companies.
