1. Based on the Assessment Tool, how does the material from a non-DepEd Portal compare
with the LR from the DepEd Portal?

ANSWER: The LR from the DepEd portal is consistent from the LRMDS, which ensure
all learning resources uploaded are aligned with the curricular requirements and have
been subjected to strict evaluations. Learning resources from the DepEd portals are free
to download and for viewing purposes. With regards to the non-DepEd portal, resources
are limited, rigid evaluation is not assured.

2. Based on the results of the Assessment Tool, what improvements do the materials — both?
from DepEd and Non-DepEd portals — still need?

ANSWER: It should be aligned to the curriculum/MELC or consistency in order to be be

assured for every grade level and to all subject areas.

3. How does this exercise help you in picking the right and appropriate LRs for your lesson and
your learners?

ANSWER: It help a lot for us educator to be familiar with the LR portal and learning
resources that are available which ensure the relevance and usefulness which are appropriate
to the learners.
