The noninterest expense ratio has increased due to the increase in the ratio of personal expenses

such as salaries, social security distributions, Provisions for retirement benefits obligation,

additional allowances and bonuses. Also, the operating expenses increased such as: Marketing

and advertising, Professional fees, maintenance and repairs, provision for guarantee of deposits

Provision for risks and charges, provision on impairment of assets taken in settlement of debt,

rent and related charges, postage and telecommunications, stationary and printings, fiscal stamps,

electricity and fuel, taxes and fees, travel expenses, board of directors’ attendance fees and

insurance.
