    They are similar because they both introduce and focus on the result of activities or trainings; programs
    are being conducted in order to monitor its progress if there are changes that happens.
    2. Monitoring means checking upon the progress of something while evaluation means systematic
    determination of a certain object’s significance based from a criterion.

    make use.
