AFFIDAVIT OF FAMILY RELATIONSHIP

I, LINA B. PABLICO, of legal age, married, Filipino, and a resident of Agutaya,

Palawan, after having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose
and state that:

1. I am a member of the Agutaynen Tribe inhabiting at Barangay Abagat,

Agutaya, Palawan as certified in the Record of Barangay Inhabitants
(RBI) 2018 (attached herewith);

2. I am a descendant of Agustine Pablico who has a sibling named Dorotio

Pablico, both are now deceased, who originally inhabited Brgy Abagat,
Agutaya, Palawan;

3. I am the cousin of MARY JANE PABLICO PACHO, whose lineage came

from Dorotio Pablico;

4. My relationship with her is by consanguinity as my father, Rogilyo

Pablico, and her mother, Dorotia Pablico Pacho, are cousins within the
8th degree;

5. Mary Jane P. Pacho and I belong to the same tribe of Agutaynen;

6. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing and for
whatever legal purposes it may serve.

WHEREOF, I have hereunto affixed my signature this 28 th day of February,
