accordance with law, hereby depose and state that:

1. I am the true and absolute owner of 1-unit refrigerator (ZEL

GQR60AG) and 1-unit freezer (NSB36LADG), photographs of which
are attached herewith;

2. The above appliances were purchased by me for my business;

3. And the same are still in my possession;

4. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing

and for whatever legal purposes it may serve.
