terrible. I have not taken any medicine yet because I am planning to see the
doctor this afternoon.

b. I am not sure why my throat is sore. I have been really active lately and doing
lots of exercise. I take vitamins every day and do not drink or smoke. I used to
be quite lazy, actually - quite a couch potato because I spent most of my free
time on my sofa, watching TV, playing on my computer, and eating junk food.

c.Then I met my girlfriend, Janet, and she is really fit. She works out all the time
and really watches her diet. I watched her healthy ways and I decided I did not
want to be lazy anymore. I started going to the gym, doing some running on the
treadmill and a little weight-training. I immediately lost a lot of weight and loved
my new healthy lifestyle. These days, I am doing a lot of physical activity, going
to the gym for two hours every night, and I have got a very different body.

d. I hope the doctor gives me some advice on how to get better.

have a sore throat, and now I also have a headache.

vitamins. She told me to take the pills three times a day, and recommended some
cough syrup to stop the pain in my throat.

g. My doctor also gave me some good advice. She told me that sometimes,
when we work our bodies too hard, we can do damage to our bodies and make
ourselves sick. She told me that my body was probably too tired from all my
physical activity, and that I should reduce the time each day I go to the gym. I
was really surprised.

h. Janet called me and agreed with the doctor. She said I should listen to the
doctor. Maybe I am working out too much and I should spend a little less time at
the gym. I should balance my life more and enjoy exercise and a little time on
the sofa watching TV or playing on my computer.

I hope I feel better soon.
