First of all, it is necessary to cut back on unhealthy junk foods and food that contains
excess carbohydrates. Examples include, deep fried food and rice. Healthier
alternatives could be consuming more nuts and beans, incorporating more whole
grain food, including fat free dairy products and protein in our daily diet. This will
help burn to fat and at the same time provide sufficient nutrients to the body. Eating
more dark leafy vegetables and fruits will give us essential vitamins that will help
improve our skin.

Secondly, regular exercise like push ups, squats, morning walks, etc improves our
muscle strength and boosts our endurance. These exercises deliver oxygen and
nutrients to our tissues and also improve our heart and lungs. Besides, it also
increases our stamina and makes our immune system stronger. To avoid extra body
fat and weight, regular exercise plays an essential role.
Last but not least, maintaining a healthy lifestyle not only makes us physically fit
but also mentally strong. Taking nutrition can improve learning ability. It helps to
enable a person to grasp information, think critically and creatively, as well as relay
learned information. Taking specific vitamins such as vitamin b12 can improve
memory and concentration. Regular exercise can also enhance intellect, as during

unhealthy snacks, we should replace them with healthy foods such as fruits and
vegetables. If we don't do that we will lose our cognitive ability to concentrate, focus
and retain memory.

Overall, we can say that maintaining a healthy lifestyle enables us to be productive
